On October 31st, 2014 at the Grand Théâtre de Genève, Kari Voutilainen and Felix Baumgartner & Martin Frei (Co-founders of URWERK) became winners of the Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève 2014. Kari Voutilainen was awarded the Artistic Crafts Watch Prize, while Felix and Martin won the Mechanical Exception Watch Prize and the Innovation Watch Prize.
We congratulate our two members Kari and Felix for this exceptional achievement, for representing the AHCI and demonstrating their ability to constantly redefine what is possible in watchmaking.
Since the foundation of the Grand Prix in 2001 our current members have won 17 times this prestigious prize.
